A. Students of all nationalities are welcome!
If you're a university student currently residing in Korea — whether you're enrolled, on a leave of absence, have completed coursework, or are temporarily deferred — you're eligible. International students studying in Korea are also welcome to apply.
A. Not at all! Everything is completely free.
Flights: Round-trip airfare provided by the organizing committee
Accommodation: 5-star hotel stay for the entire trip (twin rooms shared with a same-gender teammate)
Transportation: A private minivan with a professional driver for each team
Team Activity Expenses: Partial support provided for local meals, cultural activities, and filming-related costs
A. Absolutely! As long as you’re still a student (enrolled or on a leave) as of May 2025, you’re good to go!
Even if you’re about to graduate — or just taking a bit more time (yes, deferred students too!) — you can still apply.
A. Yes, absolutely!
As long as you're a university student residing or staying in Korea as of August 2025, you're welcome to apply — no matter your age or nationality.
A. Totally! We'd love to see you join together.
Since the program runs in English, it's a great chance to team up with your international friends — especially if they’re into travel, film, or marketing. Let’s make awesome memories together!
A. Definitely! Don’t worry — applying before won’t hurt your chances. We’d love to see you give it another go!
A. Yes — English is required for DAESANG E.T.F.F.
Since participants come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, the program is conducted in English for smooth communication and collaboration.
But no worries — you don’t have to be fluent! As long as you can express your thoughts and communicate with your teammates, you’re good to go!
A. Totally, yes! You don’t need to be a movie expert to join DAESANG E.T.F.F. – that’s the fun part!
You’ll get to try everything from planning and acting to filming, editing, and promoting your team’s short film. As long as you’re into videos (watching, making, or even just having fun with them), you’re more than ready for this challenge. Film knowledge helps, but what really counts is being open-minded, team-friendly, and excited to meet people from different cultures!
A. Yes, you can! When filling out the application form, just make sure to list your preferred roles in order — [1st choice / 2nd choice].
A. Unfortunately, edits aren’t possible once you’ve submitted your application — but no worries!
You can simply submit a new one. Just don’t forget to let us know by reaching out to the email address at the bottom of the official website.
A. Yes, it should be in English. You can check out past participants’ videos to get a better idea!
A. Submitted videos may be shared on our official YouTube channel, website, and social media platforms.
A. We’ll post the results on the DAESANG E.T.F.F. website (under Notices), and we’ll also contact each selected applicant individually using the contact details from your application.
A. Interviews will be conducted offline in a group format, in English, and will last approximately 20 minutes. (Date: Saturday, June 21 – Sunday, June 22, 2025 / Location: Jongno, Seoul. Further details will be provided individually.)
A. Yes. All final participants must attend two mandatory offline meetings before the field trip. These meetings are crucial for smooth preparation and participation. Please note that failure to attend may result in disqualification. (Further details will be provided individually.)
▶ Kick-off Meeting & 1st Networking Day : An official orientation introducing the program and its upcoming process
Date: Friday, July 4, 2025 / Location: Magok, Seoul
▶ 2nd Networking Day : A networking event to promote cultural exchange and team bonding

A. Teams will be assigned by the organizing committee based on each participant’s strengths and personality. Each team will consist of 6 members from diverse national backgrounds.
A. For safety reasons, individual travel is not allowed. All participants must depart together from Korea on August 11.
A. All participants must return to Korea together after the field trip. The program officially ends upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, so individual travel plans are not allowed.
